General Information
This Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by Users in connection with using the Irrify web application (hereinafter: "Application") and making purchases in the store available in the Application.

Scope of Collected Data
As part of using the service, we may collect the following data:
- User account data: Email address, username (login), password (stored in encrypted form).
- Order fulfillment data (Store): First and last name, delivery address, phone number, invoice data (if applicable), order history.
- Irrigation planner subscription data: Selected subscription plan information, recurring payment data, subscription invoice history, Stripe customer identifier.
- Technical data: IP address, device information, system logs (necessary to ensure security and stability of the Application).
Purpose and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Collected personal data is processed for the purpose of:
- Service provision (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Enabling account creation and management in the Application, logging in and accessing functionality.
- Sales contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Accepting orders, shipping goods, payment processing and order-related communication.
- Irrigation planner subscription contract fulfillment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Managing subscriptions, processing recurring payments through Stripe, and providing services within the selected subscription plan.
- Legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Issuing and storing invoices/receipts (tax requirements).
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Pursuing claims, defending against claims and ensuring Application security.
Data Retention Period
According to our Application rules:
- Account data: Personal data associated with your account is stored in our database for the entire period of having an active account.
- Account deletion: When a User uses the "Delete account" option, all personal data associated with the User's profile is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our database in real time.
- Exception (Purchase data): For Users who have made purchases in the store, we have a legal obligation to retain transactional data (invoices, order data) for the period required by tax regulations (usually 5 years from the end of the calendar year), even if the User's account is deleted.
Data Recipients
Your data may be transferred to external entities solely for service fulfillment:
- Payment operators: [e.g. Stripe, Przelewy24, PayU] – for processing order payments.
- Stripe: Subscription payment operator for the irrigation planner – for processing recurring subscription payments, managing payment methods, and issuing subscription invoices.
- Courier companies: [e.g. InPost, DPD] – for order delivery.
- Hosting/database provider: [e.g. AWS, Google Cloud, OVH] – for storing data on servers.
- Accounting office: for tax settlements (applies only to buyers).
Data Security
We care about the security of your data. We use connection encryption (SSL), passwords are hashed (not stored in plain text), and only authorized persons have access to the database.
Cookies
The Application may use cookies or similar technologies (e.g. local storage) to maintain the logged-in User's session and remember shopping cart contents. Users can manage cookie settings on their device.
User Rights
Every User has the right to:
- Access to their personal data
- Rectification of incorrect data
- Data deletion ("right to be forgotten")
- Restriction of data processing
- Data portability
- Objection to processing
Changes to Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy. Users will be informed of any changes within the Application or by email before the changes take effect.
